Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1 9 inch pie shell unbaked
Instructions
- Preheat over to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs along with the corn syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla until nice and smooth.
- Stir in the peanuts.
- Pour the filling into the pie shell.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake the pie for another 30 to 35 minutes until it's golden brown on the top.
- Allow pie to cool on the rack.
