Cheese Sausage Biscuits

A wonderful treat that we most often saw during the Christmas season. Light, cheesy, and wonderful. These cheese sausage biscuits make great appetizers or snacks any time of the year.
Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Course Appetizer
Servings 12 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb mild pork sausage
  • 1 med onion
  • 1 can cheddar soup 11 oz
  • ½ can water
  • 3 cup self rising flour

Instructions
 

  • Crumble sausage into a large skillet.
  • Add onion and cook over low heat until sausage browns.
  • Drain well on paper towel.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Stir until dry ingredients are moistened well.
  • Drop batter by spoonfuls about 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
