Peggy's Salmon Stew

I made this salmon stew last night ! It was so good! Especially since the weather has turned chilly. I hope you will try it! My friend Libby puts onions in her salmon stew but I love mine ! ENJOY!

Ingredients

can salmon
(pink)

qt
milk
2
cans
evaporated milk
1
stick
butter
salt and pepper
(to taste)
Zesta saltine crackers
Instructions
In a large saucepan, combine milk, evaporated milk and butter.
Remove skin and bones from Salmon and stir into milk.
Add salt and pepper.
Bring to a near boil.
Remove from heat. Serve with crackers.
Notes
If you prefer more salmon, just add another can!
