Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 9 inch pie shell unbaked

Instructions
 

  • Preheat over to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs along with the corn syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla until nice and smooth.
  • Stir in the peanuts.
  • Pour the filling into the pie shell.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake the pie for another 30 to 35 minutes until it's golden brown on the top.
  • Allow pie to cool on the rack.
