Sugared pecans are the very definition of "the simplest thing in the world." They're easy to make, with just a handful of ingredients, and so yummy you'll dream about them.

Ingredients

1 egg white
2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
½ cup sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar

Instructions

Whisk egg white.
Stir in pecans and sugar.
Transfer to foil lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 13 minutes, or until puffed, stirring once.
Cool completely.
