- 1 large can Salmon (pink)
- 1 qt. milk
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 1 stick margarine
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Zesta saltine crackers
In a large saucepan, combine milk, evaporated milk and margarine! Remove skin and bones from Salmon and stir into milk. Add salt and pepper. Bring to a near boil. Remove from heat. Serve with crackers.
If you prefer more salmon, just add another can!
Note: I made this salmon stew last night ! It was so good! Especially since the weather has turned chilly. I hope you will try it! My friend Libby puts onions in her salmon stew but I love mine ! ENJOY!
