Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg.Cream Cheese (8oz)-softened
  • 1/2 cup Butter -softened
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4  Cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 3/4  Cup  miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 Cup finely chopped pecans
  • Graham crackers

Directions:

In mixing bowl mix the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars, beat just until combined.  Stir in chocolate chips.  Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Place Cream Cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap,  shape into ball.  Refrigerate 1 hour. Just before serving roll cheese ball in pecans.  Serve with graham crackers.

Deviled Cheese Puffs

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup boiling  water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

Mix butter in water. Add flour and salt all at once and stir vigorously; cook until ball forms and does not separate. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each until smooth. Drop by teaspoons 1 inch apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees  for 25 minutes. Cool on rack.

When cool, cut off top and fill with deviled cheese filling. This listed below.

Deviled Cheese:

  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1tsp.Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 Tbsp.Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp . onion, grated
  • 8 drops of  Tabasco
  • 1/2 celery seed
  • 2 tsp. horseradish

Mix ingredients. Fill puffs. Refrigerate until ready to use. Heat at 300 degrees until cheese melts and is heated thoroughly. (This filling also makes great grilled cheese  sandwiches).

Crab Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 ctn. sour cream
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix

Directions:

Mix well and serve.

Cheese Ball 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 2 cups chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. onion

Directions:

Add pineapple to cheese; mix pepper, onion, and salt into mixture. Add 1/2 cup nuts.  Form into 2 large balls. Cover with remaining nuts and refrigerate.

Cheese Ball 1

Ingredients:

  • 3 (8oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 4 small jars dried beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. Accent flavor enhancer
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Chop very fine 3 small jars dried beef. Combine onion with cream cheese, Accent, and Worcestershire sauce. Work this real good together and form into 2 balls. Take fourth jar of dried beef and wrap both cheese balls real good. Refrigerate several hours to marinate.  (These will freeze well.)

Sausage Dip (This is yummy!)

  • 1 lb.  Neese’s Sausage (mild  or hot)
  • 1-6 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can Rotel Original diced tomatoes and green chives.

Directions:

Cook sausage in frying pan until well done. Place sausage in crock pot, thoroughly mix in other ingredients.

Keep warm on lowest heat.   Serve with tortillas or choice of chips.

  • 1 lb. Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product
  • 1 pkg. (10oz.) frozen spinach
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz.pkg.) Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 can (10oz) RO*TEL diced tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • 8 slices bacon

Directions:

Cut Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product into 1/2 -inch cubes; place in large microwaveable bowl. Add frozen spinach (thawed and drained), Philadelphia cream cheese (cut up), RO*TEL diced tomatoes & Green Chilies (undrained), bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbly.

Microwave on high 5 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 minutes.Serve hot with tortilla chips or assorted cut-up vegetables. 4 cups or 32 servings, 2 Tbsp.each.

  • 2-8oz.pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. mild or medium cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 or 1 pkg. Italian dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup olives (chopped)
  • 2 tsp. olive juice
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)

Directions:

Mix well with hands and roll in pecans. Delicious!

Spinach Balls

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2-10 oz.pkg. frozen Spinach
  • 1 cup finely chopped minced onion
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1/2 tsp.salt garlic
  • 2 1/2 cups seasoned stuffing mix

Directions:Cook spinach according to package directions; drain and squeeze dry. Stir in onion, cheese, butter and salt. When throughly blended, stir in stuffing mix. Shape into balls using about a teaspoonful of mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 6 dozen.
